Zac is a tender-hearted kitty who has been through a lot. After losing his beloved owner and suddenly finding himself in a shelter, he was understandably frightened and unsure of the world around him. With time, patience, and gentle care, Zac has begun to open up again and is now comfortable being handled. He is still a shy soul at heart and would thrive in a quieter household where he can feel safe and settle in at his own pace. Once he trusts you, you will see his sweet personality shine.Zac has a beautiful coat that should be brushed at least once a week to keep it smooth and prevent matting. He will benefit from a calm, loving home where he can heal and build a new bond.**WALK IN SHELTER TO ADOPT Tuesday Noon-5pm, Wednesday 12-6pm, Thursday-Sunday Noon-5pm (Closed Mondays and Holidays). All adoptions are on a first-come, first-served basis. Be sure to bring your ID with you too!
