She is the kind of dog who makes you feel loved from the moment you meet her. Matilda’s favorite thing is sharing her love. She happily goes from lap to lap, making sure everyone gets some affection before finding her comfy spot in her bed for a well-deserved rest. She has the sweetest smile, a warm gaze, and a gentle personality that makes her such a joy to have around. Matilda is: ● Great with other dogs ● Good with cats ● Wonderful with people of all ages ● House trained ● Comfortable without a crate because she is so well behaved ● Great on car rides and loves being part of the adventure ● Knows commands like sit and shake Matilda does well on a leash and enjoys going for walks. She can get a little excited and may try to grab the leash and walk you because she is so eager to explore! With a gentle correction, she listens well and settles into a nice walk. One thing you should know about Matilda: she is not a security officer. She doesn’t believe in barking at strangers — her preferred approach is to greet everyone with a sweet smile, affection, and a request for cuddles.
