Oso - So Ca

Description

Oso is about 12 months old, and 12 pounds.  He has hazel eyes, the longest body, and so much personality.  He is so sweet, and all he wants is a lap to lay on, and someone to play with. Needs a structured schedule of potty breaks as he is still a puppy, but he does a good job with his pottying.  A small friendly dog in his new home would be a plus.  Playful with other small dogs, but still nervous and protective with new people , especially men. Prefers a female owner but if a man is persistent he will learn to trust.  NO LARGE DOGS. The foster is working on walking on a leash, but Oso is very scared of leaving the apartment.  He does well when left alone for up to 1 - 3 hours.  He still needs to eat 3 times a day. Oso is neutered, and vaccinated
