Cannon

Description

I am Cannon! Cannon came to DASH from rural Kentucky with 8 other dogs when their owner was going to surrender them to a high-kill shelter. Cannon is now currently in the DASH Prison Program where his handler states he is playful, zany and a little ornery, and loves to cuddle and steal the covers at night. He is working on his basic commands and has mastered a few already. He is also working on his crate training, potty training and walking on a leash, as all of those things were foreign to him. He loves people and other dogs. He has not been kid or cat tested, so proper introductions would be needed for either. This guy does bark at strangers, but his handler is working with him on that and he loves to try and steal stuff to chew on, so his new family will need to be vigilant for sure! Cannon would love to find an active family or person who understands his breed mix is going to need to be active so that he can then chill out and just hang out with you.
