Description

She's young, she's fun, and she's looking for one- a home that is!  Maggie is a one year old spaniel\golden retriever mix (best guess) who is seeking her forever family.  She is an active gal who adores daily walks, learning new things, playing with other dogs, and fetching balls (fair warning, they aren't always returned...).  This gal is learning her obedience and leash lessons, and she'd love a family that is willing to provide her structure.  A fenced in yard (physical fencing only, please) is a must so she can keep up her good potty habits, and race around and wrestle with her canine buddies.  A home with another playful dog of similar size would work best, she'd adore a canine role model in the home.  All kitties should be dog savvy and willing to set boundaries, Maggie is still learning that cats don't always appreciate a playful pooch.  Since she is so young and active, she would do best in a home where all children are 8 and over.    Maggie has been spayed and had an umbilical hernia repaired, she is up to date on vaccines and preventatives, and she has been microchipped.  She is housetrained and crate trained.
