DOB: 06/04/24   Phantom is an adorable kitty who is still timid and skittish. She enjoys pets when she seeks them out on her own.    She is afraid of dogs, but does well with the other cats in her foster home. She would do best being adopted into a home with another friendly kitty to help her feel confident. She could also be adopted with her mom, Mia (also available), but it is not required.     If you have the right home for Phantom, apply to adopt her today!
