✨MEET REBECCA!!! ✨ ‼️For over 3 years ‼️ our volunteers, street feeders and Mobile County Animal Shelter have worked endlessly to catch this girl. She has evaded trap after trap! We have assisted multiple litters and trapped her sister and her litter a year ago! BUT 4 MONTHS AGO ALL THAT CHANGED!!!! Because of the amazing efforts by animal control… REBECCA HAS BEEN SECURED AND IS SAFE & IS THRIVING IN FOSTER CARE!! How this girl has survived the streets, the snow and cold, the extreme heat of the summer, vehicles and everything else for years — is beyond us! She has been spayed and vetted and is slowly turning into a real dog and learning what the good life is all about.  She is a lab mix around 3-5 years old and 40 lbs. Shy but oh so sweet. She will need patience to adjust to a new family and environment but she’s totally worth it. She’s great ehhh all size dogs. Doesn’t mind a kennel, uses a doggy door and is good in the couch. She has so much love to give! This was a group effort — it’s takes a village and we have the best! Thanks to all involved! We never state any animal is fully House-trained. New environments, situations, families, routines, ect. can lead to accidents even with the most well trained animals.  All dogs have a $195 adoption fee which includes vet check, age appropriate shots (atleast 2 sets for puppies), dewormer, heartworm test (if over 6 months), rabies (if atleast 16 weeks) and spay/neuter!
