NEWBIE ALERT!!✨ Meet Choco. This boy was part of a court case that ended up at a local overcrowded shelter and we were asked to assist. Choco is a gorgeous  dachshund  mix… but definitely more dachshund than anything. He’s 1 year old and 11lbs. He’s extremely friendly with all size dogs and kids. He doesn’t seem interested in cats. He will use a doggy door and doesn’t mind a crate but does not use one and can be trusted in the living room with the doggy door while no one is home. He’s playful but not hyper. Loves toys. He is an all around great boy. He’s  is utd, hw neg and will be adoption ready after he is altered 7/9/26.  Our adoptions are NOT on a first come first serve basis and there is no fee to apply! We never state any animal is fully House-trained. New environments, situations, families, routines, ect. can lead to accidents even with the most well trained animals.  All dogs have a $195 adoption fee which includes vet check, age appropriate shots (atleast 2 sets for puppies), dewormer, heartworm test (if over 6 months), rabies (if atleast 16 weeks) and spay/neuter!
