UPDATE! Meet Kyzie. This boy was part of a court case that ended up at a local overcrowded shelter and we were asked to assist. Kyzie is a gorgeous  brindle dachshund mix… but definitely more dachshund than anything. He’s 1 year old and 20lbs. He’s extremely friendly with all size dogs and kids. Very interested in cats but seems like play over aggression but definitely could be too much for cats. He’s not an overly playful boy and can get overwhelmed with lots of playful pups. He’s more of a chill on the couch and cuddle kinda dude. He is utd, hw neg (tested below detectable levels) and neutered.  Our adoptions are NOT on a first come first serve basis and there is no fee to apply! We never state any animal is fully House-trained. New environments, situations, families, routines, ect. can lead to accidents even with the most well trained animals.  All dogs have a $195 adoption fee which includes vet check, age appropriate shots (atleast 2 sets for puppies), dewormer, heartworm test (if over 6 months), rabies (if atleast 16 weeks) and spay/neuter!
