UPDATE!! Lucy’s owner passed away recently, and the woman’s caregiver looked after her until she couldn’t anymore, so now she is in a foster home and looking for a new family. Lucy is a chi/terrier and about four years old and weighs about 12- 15 pounds. She was frightened when she first went into foster, but now she is all snuggles and gets along well with the two other dogs in the house, but is not a fan of the resident cat. She is looking for a laid back household and a lap to call her own. She is utd, hw neg (tested below detectable levels) and spayed. Our adoptions are NOT on a first come first serve basis and there is no fee to apply! We never state any animal is fully House-trained. New environments, situations, families, routines, ect. can lead to accidents even with the most well trained animals.  All dogs have a $195 adoption fee (each) which includes vet check, age appropriate shots (atleast 2 sets for puppies), dewormer, heartworm test (if over 6 months), rabies (if atleast 16 weeks) and spay/neuter!
