Hello!  My name is Hildegard.  You will find me sharing a cage with my son, Charlemagne, who is only 4 months old.  One of the photos shows the two of us together.  I am a 3 year old kitty, and my fur is all black.  My son's fur is also all black - we are quite alike. I am still very playful and I love face scratches.  I am also talkative - I hope you enjoy listening to a cat talk. Evidently I also growl for no reason.  I am generally a very happy kitty, and you might hear me growl at the same time!  It's really funny, because I am not mad at all!  I love my son, and it might be nice for us to be adopted together.  But I'm sure we would accept being separated, too.       The adoption fee covers the following: spay or neuter surgery; one-year rabies vaccine; feline or canine distemper vaccine; heartworm test (dogs) or combo (fiv/felv) test (cats); deworming; and microchip.Carroll County Animal Shelter is located at 251 Automation Drive in Carrollton GA. Phone: 770-214-3590. The hours of operation are: Monday through Wednesday 12:30 pm till 4:30 pm; Thursday 12:30 pm till 6:00 pm; Friday 12:30 pm till 4:30 pm; Saturday 9:00 am till 4:00 pm. The Carroll County Animal Shelter will be closed the last Friday of every month for deep cleaning, staff training, and animal enrichment.
