While he can take a bit of time to warm up to new people and places, once he feels safe and comfortable, he absolutely adores getting pets and curling up right in your lap. He needs to be the only dog in the home and can be a bit vocal at times, but with regular grooming, his beautiful coat will stay perfectly healthy and soft. Because of his background, he is looking for a very experienced owner with teens aged 13+ who are committed to going slow, using fear-free methods, and utilizing positive reinforcement training to help his confidence truly blossom.
