Hi there!  My name is Penelope, and I am a 1 year old female kitty.  You can see that my coloring is almost equal parts brown tabby and white.  People tell me that I have very pretty soft gold eyes, too.  I hope I can find a new home that is looking for a ladylike and gentle kitty, because I think I would be just the kitty for that person or family.         The adoption fee covers the following: spay or neuter surgery; one-year rabies vaccine; feline or canine distemper vaccine; heartworm test (dogs) or combo (fiv/felv) test (cats); deworming; and microchip.Carroll County Animal Shelter is located at 251 Automation Drive in Carrollton GA. Phone: 770-214-3590. The hours of operation are: Monday through Wednesday 12:30 pm till 4:30 pm; Thursday 12:30 pm till 6:00 pm; Friday 12:30 pm till 4:30 pm; Saturday 9:00 am till 4:00 pm. The Carroll County Animal Shelter will be closed the last Friday of every month for deep cleaning, staff training, and animal enrichment.
