Meet Luna Luna's world was turned upside down when he lost the person he loved. After his owner passed away, Luna and his five feline siblings each began new journeys in foster and adoptive homes. Through it all, Luna has shown just how resilient and gentle he is. He is approximately about 1-2 years old. We marked him as 2, since he has such a calm demeanor. Luna is a sweet boy who takes a little time to feel comfortable in new surroundings. Once he knows he's safe, his curious side shines as he happily explores before returning to one of his cozy spots for a break. One of Luna's favorite pastimes is relaxing by a window, watching birds, squirrels, and the world go by. While he's not the type of cat who wants to be carried around or spend hours in your lap, he absolutely loves gentle pets and butt scratches. In fact, he's mastered an adorable trick—he'll stand up on his hind legs and gently bump your hand to ask for more affection. It's impossible not to smile when he does it! Luna is currently thriving in a foster home with a dog and four children, ranging in age from toddlers to older kids. He takes it all in stride and would do well in a home with respectful children, cat-friendly dogs, or even as an only cat. Although he isn't currently living with other cats, he grew up with feline companions and could likely adjust well to a home with another friendly cat. After everything he's been through, Luna deserves a family who will give him the patience, love, and endless scratches he adores. If you're looking for a gentle, affectionate companion who will reward your kindness with sweet little head and hand bumps, Luna is ready to find the forever home he's been waiting for. Luna is neutered, FeLV/FIV and heartworm negative, up to date on Rabies and Distemper vaccines, dewormed, flea/tick treated and Microchipped. Litterbox trained. Adoption fee is $150.00.
