Description

Hi, I'm Cecil! And this is my brother, Ernest. We are about three months old. We're a package deal, and honestly, that's the whole point of us. We're black Bombay kittens, sleek and shiny like little panthers, and if you ask me, we're pretty darn handsome if we do say so ourselves. But looks aren't even the best part — the best part is that we're kittens through and through. We want adventure and mischief. Basically, we're ready to cause a little chaos and a lot of joy. I'm the outgoing one. I'll march right up to you, headbutt your hand until you pet me, and turn into a full-blown cuddle bug the second you sit down. I don't really believe in strangers — just friends I haven't head-bonked yet. Ernest is a little different. He's shy, and the world's still a bit big and scary to him some days. But he's coming around — every day he's a little braver, a little more willing to poke his nose out and see what's going on. He just needs someone patient enough to let him do it in his own time. Here's the thing you really need to know about us, though: we can't be split up. If I wander somewhere Ernest can't see me, he cries. He really does. And the second he cries, I come running — every single time. It's just how we work. He's braver when I'm around, and I'm a little more grounded when he's near. We're better together, and honestly, we're a lot more fun that way too. Our mama was a sweet semi-feral calico named Cordelia. She started hanging around a family's home, and they took care of her the best they could — until one day she showed up expecting kittens. That's how we came into the world, and into rescue. But here's the happy part: Cordelia gets her own happy ending too. She chose that home, and now she gets to stay there for good. As for me and Ernest? We're still looking for our forever people. We come as a two-for-one deal of purrs, chaos, and cuddles — one bold, one bashful, both completely ready to steal your heart (and probably your favorite pen too). If you've got room for double the trouble and double the love, we're ready when you are. Love,Cecil & Ernest *Due to size, no small children****When puppies and kittens are adopted before being fixed, they MUST be adopted in East Tennessee.
