Description
Frankie is a handsome one-year-old neutered boy who is searching for a patient adopter willing to give him the time he needs to blossom. Frankie was originally raised with two feline siblings and was deeply bonded to them. After being separated from them, he understandably became overwhelmed. He was recently adopted into a home with a dog and a toddler, and despite everyone's best efforts, it simply wasn't the right environment for such a sensitive cat. While Frankie is shy and still learning to feel safe, he has never shown aggression. He allows people to interact with him and is simply a quiet, cautious cat who needs time to build trust. We believe he'll thrive in a calm, predictable home without dogs or young children. Since he previously lived successfully with other cats, he may enjoy the companionship of a gentle feline friend after a slow, proper introduction. Frankie is neutered and is reported to be up to date on vaccinations, though no veterinary records are available. His ideal adopter will understand that some of the most rewarding cats are the ones who take a little extra time. With patience, a quiet home, and lots of love, Frankie deserves the chance to finally feel safe again. Frankie lives in Portland and his rehoming fee is $50. Frankie should be indoors or in a catio only. This cat is offered for adoption due to the owner's personal circumstances. For more information on meeting and adopting this kitty, please fill out a pre-adoption application under "ADOPT" on our website at WWW.CATSCRADLERESCUE.COM. Your information will be forwarded to the owner for follow-ups and meeting arrangement. Cat's Cradle is an all-volunteer, non-profit foster-home based rescue serving Oregon cats who need new homes. 100% of your adoption fee goes to provide for the medical and physical needs of the cats in our care. We invite you to become a foster parent and experience the great satisfaction of helping a cat or kitten in need.
