Hi, I’m Tigress!  I’m a 4-year-old tabby with big, curious eyes and a playful personality just waiting to shine. I may be a little shy when we first meet, but give me a little time and you’ll discover a social, affectionate girl who loves being part of the family. One of my favorite places to be is curled up next to my person at bedtime. If you enjoy having a furry cuddle buddy to keep you company at night, I think we’ll get along just fine! I also love being brushed, don’t mind being held, and I’m always up for a fun play session. I came to Ahimsa Haven because my family was moving and couldn’t take me with them. While that was a big change for me, I’m ready to find a forever home where I can settle in and be loved again. I’ve lived with a Shih Tzu before, so I already know how to share my home with a friendly small dog. I also do well with other cats and would be happy in a home with older, respectful children. If you’re looking for a sweet, playful companion who will happily snuggle up beside you at night and brighten your days, I just might be the purr-fect match. If you are interested in adopting, applications can be found on our website www.ahimsahaven.org.    Meet and greets are with an approved application by appointment only.   As always, cats that are ready to be adopted are spayed/neutered, have age appropriate shots, are micro-chipped, dewormed/deflead, and FEL/FIV tested.
