07/16/26 17:16Estelle is in URGENT need of rescue for showing fearful behaviors in the shelter. She is fearful in the kennel and does not walk on leash. Once we had her in the yard with her kennel mate, they both remained frozen. After a while, Estelle began walking around and even approached staff. But now Estelle is alone in her kennel as her kennel mate has gotten pulled.
