Selkie

Description

Selkie is a spunky but also shy little girl who likes people and can tolerate other cats who are not aggressive. She was first found as an abandoned newborn, was bottle-fed by a foster mom, and was adopted when she was about 10 weeks old (she will be 2 in July 2026). Her adoptive family moved one year later and could not take her with them, so Selkie came back to her original foster home, which includes more cats than she cares for. She likes to play with toys and chase the laser point dot, but she immediately gives way if another cat joins in the play. She is a fan of bird- and squirrel-watching through a window or from the screened-in porch and loves to drink from a kitty fountain.
