Description

Indica is a 3‑month‑old kitten with a soft, mellow personality that fits her name in a sweet, subtle way. She’s the quieter one between her and her sister — a thoughtful little observer who likes to take her time getting comfortable. New people and new spaces can feel a bit big at first, but once she decides you’re safe, she blossoms into a gentle, affectionate companion who loves staying close. She still enjoys batting at toys and exploring, but she leans toward calmer moments and cozy cuddles. With patience and kindness, Indica becomes a loyal little shadow who appreciates a peaceful lap and a familiar routine.Indica lived with kids, cats, and dogs in her foster home and did well with everyone. She simply prefers slow introductions and a little space to warm up at her own pace.If you’re looking for a sweet, easygoing kitten who will bond deeply once she feels secure, Indica is ready to meet her person.Indica's adoption fee is $85, which helps support their medical care and preparation for adoption. Please note: All of our animals are spayed/neutered and up to date on age-appropriate vaccinations. Each pet also receives a behavioral assessment to help us better understand the type of home they may thrive in. However, it’s important to remember that the results may not fully reflect an animal’s true personality, as shelter and foster environments can be stressful. If you are interested in meeting any of our animals, we encourage you to first visit our website and submit an adoption application: https://www.acskc.org/adopt-1Once your adoption application has been approved, we will call you to set up an appointment to meet with the pet!
