Meet Casper!Casper is a sweet, around 6-year-old, 60 lb Shepher Mix who is more than ready to leave the shelter and finally have a home to call his own. He plays well with other dogs, listens to commands, learns quickly, and settles down nicely once he’s comfortable. He’s also great with baths, and is polite during car rides. He’s a little vocal—but in the cutest, good kind of way! We really believe Casper’s missing piece is stability and a person he can rely on. He needs a permanent home where he can have consistent access to his human, feel loved, and know that he is finally safe and home.He is intelligent, eager to learn, and ready to build a bond with someone who will give him the consistency and affection he deserves.The shelter environment is hard on him, and he is not a fan of spending his days in a kennel.
