FRIENDLY & FUN: Approx. 5 years old / Approx. 35 lbs. Hi there, I’m Scruff! I came to Mostly Mutts from animal control, and I’m so happy to be safe and loved while I wait for my forever family to come and adopt me. I just went into a foster home, so we’ll be learning even more about me soon—but for now, just know that I’m feeling grateful, hopeful, and excited for this new chapter! • OTHER DOGS/CATS/KIDS: I haven’t met other dogs at Mostly Mutts yet, so let’s meet! / Cats unknown. / I haven’t met kids yet at Mostly Mutts, so let’s meet and best no toddlers that I may bump over. • PERSONALITY/ENERGY LEVEL: I’m described as a friendly, happy, playful boy who’s always ready for fun! I’m very active and love being with people, and my tail wagged the entire walk to and from the Paw Spa when it was time for my bath because I was so happy. I was a perfect gentleman for my bath, showing everyone what a good boy I am. If you’re looking for a cheerful companion with lots of enthusiasm and a zest for life, I’d love to meet you! / Energy level: 5-7.      • SKILLS/CRATE/POTTY: So far, I know the ‘sit’, ‘down’, ‘stay’, ‘come’ and ‘leave it’ commands! Mostly Mutts offers free lifetime training classes for all their adopted dogs, so let’s continue my training together. / I come out of my kennel fast and ready to go! I’ll likely do better with this once I’m in my new home. / My potty manners have been good on the shelter schedule.    • LIKES/DISLIKES: I absolutely love toys and enjoy any chance to play! Spending time with the volunteers is great and fetch with them is one of my favorite games—I’ll happily chase after a ball, bring it right back, and drop it at your feet so we can play again. I’m even pretty good at catching a ball when you toss it to me! Playtime is always a highlight of my day, especially when there’s a ball involved. / I can’t think of any dislikes, though like all dogs, I’m sure I wouldn’t like it if I didn’t get enough love, attention, exercise, and training. • MEDICAL:  I'm current on annual vaccinations, micro-chipped and neutered. I’m a fun-loving dog looking for a wonderful family to love and be loved by. My adoption fee is $299.00, and I’m located in Kennesaw, Ga.
