Hi, my name is Bella! I am a sweet 2-year-old girl looking for a family to call my own. I came to rescue after living with the same family since I was a puppy. I don't know exactly what changed, but I spent a lot of time in a crate and my skin wasn't cared for, causing me to lose much of my beautiful coat. The good news is my hair is growing back, and every day I'm feeling healthier, happier, and more loved. My favorite thing in the whole world is being with my people. If you're looking for a cuddle buddy, I'm your girl! I love pets, belly rubs, scratches, and spending time right by your side. I also get along well with other dogs and even cats, so I could fit into many different families. One of the unfortunate things about my past is that I wasn't kept on monthly heartworm prevention, so I tested positive for heartworms. The good news is I'm already on the road to recovery! I'm taking all of my medications as directed, and Advocates 4 Animals will cover all of the expenses for my heartworm treatment, so my forever family can focus on loving me while I heal. I've left my past behind me and am ready for a lifetime of love, snuggles, and second chances.
