Description

Firecracker arrived with a bang and has not slowed down since. This bright, busy, gloriously orange and white boy is Liberty's son, and he inherited every bit of his mama's refusal to let circumstances define him. Firecracker has a little extra wobble in his step — Cerebellar Hypoplasia, look it up — a neurological quirk he was born with that is neither progressive nor contagious and that he is completely unaware of, because nobody told him and he wouldn't care anyway. He approaches every face plant, every tumble, and every spectacular wipeout with the same attitude: noted, irrelevant, moving on. He has climbed the cat tree. He has figured out the chairs. He plays rough with the big cats and comes back for more, and he screeches with such theatrical outrage when things don't go his way that everyone in the room stops what they're doing to check on him, which is exactly what he intended. He purrs easily, loves toys, favors balls and mice, and races to the door the moment he hears his people coming because Firecracker does not believe in playing it cool. He needs a patient, playful companion who won't mind a little extra wobble in the household. Some kittens just burn brighter than the rest. This one lights up the whole room.
