Meet Pesto, a 6-year-old mixed breed weighing 22 pounds. This happy-go-lucky guy is full of charm and has quickly won people over with his sweet, friendly personality. One of the first things you'll notice is his adorable little prance. It’s impossible not to smile when you see him trot by. Pesto has been friendly with everyone he's met so far and seems to genuinely enjoy spending time with people. He already knows "sit" and appears to be treat motivated, making him a fun candidate for learning even more. We were told that Pesto is dog friendly, though he has not yet been tested with other dogs while in our care. If you're looking for a cheerful companion with a big heart, an adorable strut, and plenty of love to give, Pesto may be the perfect addition to your family. His minimum adoption fee is $300 plus a $15 fee, if 4 months or older, for rabies registration for McLean County residents. He has been neutered, microchipped, vaccinated, heartworm checked, dewormed, and is on flea and heartworm preventatives.
