Looking for a loyal sidekick with a heart of gold? Meet Austin! This handsome 1-year-old, 50-pound Belgian Malinois mix is as sweet as they come. Austin has a happy, easygoing personality and gets along wonderfully with everyone he meets, making him an excellent companion for just about any family. Austin is housebroken with the use of the dog door and is doing great with his kennel training. He's also making excellent progress on leash walking and enjoys getting out to explore the world with his people. While Austin has the intelligence and athleticism of a Malinois mix, his gentle, friendly nature makes him a wonderful fit for a variety of homes. Whether you're looking for a walking buddy, a playmate for another dog, or a faithful companion to share your days, Austin is ready to fill that role with enthusiasm and love. Austin is simply looking for a family who will love him forever—and in return, he'll reward you with endless loyalty, happy tail wags, and unconditional love. Please understand you are committing to providing a good home for his entire life (up to 15+ years or more.) You must be committed to housebreaking, age-appropriate enrichment and exercise, leash training, grooming needs, and positive socialization. His adoption fee is $250. This includes his neuter surgery, rabies vaccination, Nobivac® Canine 1-DAPP vaccination, Nobivac® Intra-Trac 3 vaccination, Drontal® Plus, IDEXX SNAP® 4Dx Plus Test, Tri-Heart® Plus chewable tablet, 24PetWatch® microchip, and leash and collar. Please be aware that puppies and small breed dogs do get adopted quickly so interested parties are encouraged to apply online at www.saspca.org.
