Description
Audrey is the epitome of a big personality in a small package! Audrey is estimated to be around a year old, and she is a bundle of fun who is always down for an adventure. Despite her small size, she is a true athlete, and her favorite activities include wrestling with her foster sister and racing around the backyard. She would thrive with an active family who can keep up with her busy body and high intelligence. She would be a great dog for dog spots! Audrey is a petite girl, weighing in at about 9lbs. Audrey came to us from our local animal shelter after she was adopted and returned after she and the older dog in the home didn't get along. We were quick to scoop her up, and she has been doing great settling into her foster home. Audrey is a blast to be around, and she certainly will keep you on your toes with her exuberant zoomies and straight-into-the-air jumps. She provides endless entertainment with her playful and bubbly personality. Audrey is also a big lovebug and is happiest when she can be with her people. She will get all cozy after she has settled down and makes a great late-night TV buddy. Audrey loves her walks and has great leash manners. She is still learning the ropes of being a well-mannered girl and will need a family committed to continuing her basic manners training. Audrey loves playing with other rambunctious dogs and would do best with another playful dog in her new home. She can be a little protective of high-value things like treats, but with proper management, she has been able to live well with two other small female dogs. Audrey needs a kitty-free home. We haven't seen Audrey around kids, but she may do well in a family with kids 10 years old or older. Audrey has been doing great with her housetraining. After a few accidents in a new place, she has been consistent about using the dog door to go outside. Audrey is used to sleeping in bed with her foster parents and happily sleeps through the night. Audrey hasn't been left alone yet, so she would do best with a family that has a flexible schedule and can slowly acclimate her to being home without her people. Audrey has a big voice and isn't afraid to use it, so apartment life isn't for her. Audrey is such a dynamite dog, and she is going to bring so much fun and joy to her new family.
