Three years ago, Garfield appeared at his foster's door just days after a tiny kitten from the neighborhood colony—Simon—had been rescued. Garfield refused to leave, spending his days outside the window as if he was making sure Simon was safe. Even after being trapped, neutered, and returned, he kept trying to come back inside. One day, his foster opened the front door and said, "I guess you may as well come in." Garfield walked inside like he had been waiting for that invitation all along—and he's never looked back. It wasn't that Garfield and Simon were inseparable. Garfield simply wanted to know his little guy was safe, and once he discovered how wonderful indoor life could be, he decided he deserved that life too. Today, Garfield is a lovable, goofy boy with a big personality and an even bigger heart. He's a champion couch companion who gets along well with cats, dogs, or would be perfectly happy soaking up all the love as your one and only. All he's looking for now is a forever family to call his own. Garfield is dewormed, negative for felv fiv, neutered and microchipped.  His adoption fee is $180
