 Louis is an absolute sweetheart, who is slowly but surely overcoming his shy and frightened ways. He is such a darling, friendly boy, and it has been fantastic watching him become more trusting, interactive, and playful.  Louis loves to be with people and receive affection. He is now happy and bright, and he loves his playtime in the yard with his rescue buddies, romping around and playing fetch.  He also likes leash walks and gets along well with other dogs. Louis is a gorgeous Shih Tzu, about 4 years old and 14-15 pounds.
