FRESNO, CA: Meet Jasper, a cute Russian Blue-mix male who absolutely loves attention and pets! He’s very active, and loves toys and catnip. Jasper was born in approximately April 2026. He has been fixed and is up to date on his shots. Transport may be available to a location halfway between Oakland and Fresno.
