Meet Betsy. ❤️ Betsy’s story almost had a heartbreaking ending.This beautiful young girl was found curled up outside a corner store near a busy intersection in  Philadelphia, trying to survive on her own. She was quietly battling a life-threatening uterine infection that could have taken her life at any moment if she hadn’t been rescued and spayed in time.Thankfully, Betsy got the second chance she so desperately needed. Although we’re still getting to know her, everything we’ve seen so far points to a lovely, easygoing girl. She’s calm, relaxed, and hasn’t shown any behavior issues. After everything she’s endured, she seems more than ready to leave the uncertainty of street life behind and discover what it means to be safe, loved, and cherished.Betsy deserves a family who will never let her wonder where her next meal is coming from or where she’ll sleep that night. She deserves sunny windows, cozy beds, gentle hands, and a heart that will love her forever.
