Description
Meet Indigo aka Indi Go-go (and his foster sister Havana aka Havana Habanero) They are due for some good luck, will they be lucky enough to go home with you? He had a rough start, ending up an orphan at 4 weeks old. Shortly after, he came to live with another orphan, Havana. Thank goodness. They taught each other how to play more nicely, how to snuggle calmly and how to be part of a family again. They can also be tiny terrors together, zooming around, up and over everything in the room. But when they run out of zoom, or when a person approaches them with an inviting hand, they will come over and a purr-fest begins without hesitation. Their troubles did not end there though, as they got ringworm, which is ALL gone now, but they had to be in an isolation room for weeks, so they can still be startled easily. Hopefully that will only take a couple weeks more of being out in the whole house in order to be calm and secure in their big new world. These two love their people, no doubt. But if startled they may dart for shelter or bristle up and hiss. They do not mean any harm though. They are familiar with other adult cats and dogs, but they take a while to trust a new family member of the (larger than themselves) 4 legged variety. They are ok with older calm children, the 8 yr old grandson and they quickly came to an understanding. LOL They are fully cat box trained and eat dry kitten food. Havana will always be a small petite gal. Indigo will always be the BIGGER brother. Indigo is a love bug, and even tolerates tummy pets when he is in the mood. He has very fluffy soft fur, and BIG feet. His eyes were bright blue for the first several weeks, but have changed to orange middles and blue outer rims now. His heart is as soft as his fur!
