Currently located at our Evansville, IN location Meet Castiel! Castiel is a handsome orange boy with a gentle personality and a heart that will melt yours!Castiel came to us while we were helping a community member with a group of cats. When he arrived, he had a wound on his neck that needed care. As we treated him and helped him heal, Castiel quickly showed us something very important—just how incredibly sweet and friendly he is!He's still learning all about the comforts and routines of indoor life, but he's making great progress. Castiel gets along wonderfully with other cats and seems to really enjoy having feline friends around. We're unsure how he would do with dogs, so slow introductions would be recommended.His gentle, easygoing personality makes us think he could be a wonderful companion for a family with children who understand how to respectfully interact with cats.And once you start petting Castiel, be prepared—he's going to ask for more! He'll happily head-butt your hand for extra attention, as if to say, "You stopped petting me... why?" Castiel has already overcome a difficult start, and now he's ready for the best part of his story: finding a loving forever home where he can continue learning what it means to be safe, loved, and spoiled.
