Meet Shadow! Shadow is a true little Void—sleek, dark, and often found quietly blending into the background as she observes the world from her favorite hiding spots. True to her name, she’s shy and a bit afraid of her own shadow, but that gentle, cautious nature is exactly what makes her so special.Shadow was one of the last kittens rescued from an abandoned house that had sadly become a garbage dumping ground. Because of her rough start, she needs extra love, patience, and understanding—but she’s absolutely worth it. Over time, Shadow has become more confident since she has had her sister, Toothless, as a role model and best friend. Shadow and Toothless have been together since they were trapped at six weeks old. Toothless and Shadow follow each other around, seek each other out for cuddles, and play together. They are a bonded pair and must be adopted together. They could do well in a forever home with other respectful children or kitties. Once she feels secure, Shadow's sweet nature shines through in subtle but meaningful ways. With patience, she will let you sit with her and gently pet her, especially if treats are involved (treats are the fastest way to her heart!). She enjoys teaser toys from a comfortable distance and loves to quietly watch the action rather than be in the middle of it.Shadow will be the kitty who quietly chooses you, trusting you enough to let you into her world.
