Prepare the tissue.... Mayor came from a domestic violence home. When the human left, she left Mayor behind. Mayor landed pregnant, in a kill shelter where she had her babies. Mayor's owner send a friend to get her from the kill shelter but then abandoned her again. Thankfully, we were able to get Mayor and her babies into a foster where they are finally safe. Mayor is still a sweet girl, despite her first year of life. She was the best mama to her babies throughout the entire ordeal and is happy to lounge around and watch whatever is going on around her. She doesn't play yet.... because she doesn't know how.... so sad. It is time for this resilient girl to get to be a kid and find a real family.  Our adoption fees are $75.00 for any kitty 6 months of age or older. $85 for kittens under 6 months of age. Included in each adoption: age appropriate shots, microchip, and spay/neuter surgery. All kitties are litterbox trained. Prior to meeting or adopting any of our wonderful kitties, we ask that you please fill out our online Cat Adoption Application on our website aaFlorida.org/adopt.  There is a link on the top of the home page. Click on "Fill in", you don't have to register.  For more information about this kitty or any others, you can contact us at Adoptions@aaFlorida.org.  We are a foster organization and don't have set hours we are open - but we will gladly set up an appointment for you to meet any cat.  Of course, you're under no obligation to adopt if you come to meet any of our fabulous felines.
