Named after the character from Shakespeare's A Midsummer Night's Dream, Lysander is a gentle, sensitive soul looking for a patient person to call his own.Lysander can be a little shy when meeting new people and may need some time to settle in, but don't let that fool you. Once he feels safe, he transforms into an incredibly loving companion who wants to be right by your side. He loves sleeping with his people, curling up next to them on the couch, and soaking up all the pets he can get. His favorite place might just be tucked under your arm while you relax or work.This handsome boy has a playful side, too! He enjoys catnip toys, evening zoomies, and playful games with his canine friend. In his previous home, he shared a special bond with a mellow Beagle and loved both playing and cuddling with him. While he has done well with a calm, cat-savvy dog, he may be overwhelmed by very energetic dogs that don't respect feline boundaries.Lysander would do best in a quieter home where he can adjust at his own pace.
