LUCKY - UPDATE: Adoption Applications Now Being Reviewed by Lucky Himself Hello, potential applicants. My name is Lucky, and I understand you're interested in adopting me. Please be advised that I will be personally reviewing all applications. I have very high standards. First, let's discuss your qualifications. 1.) Do you have springs? I am looking for a home with an adequate supply of springs. I enjoy chasing them, wrestling them, and occasionally getting one stuck on my paw. Foster Mom is apparently responsible for spring removal when this happens. 2.) Are you available for entertainment? I expect regular play sessions. I am exceptionally good at entertaining myself, but obviously it's better when you participate. 3.) Do you have other cats? Excellent. I get along very well with cats and kittens. Having a feline companion is a definite plus. 4.) Dogs? I was raised with three, so I have experience with canine staff. 5.) Small children? Absolutely not. Let's not waste either of our time. Now, regarding my personality... I am confident, opinionated, playful, and occasionally spicy. If you tell me “no,” I may disagree with your assessment and communicate my objections with a swat. I don't consider this a flaw. I consider it having boundaries. You may have also heard rumors that I am “bad.”... These allegations are completely unfounded. I prefer the terms discerning, strong-willed, and unwilling to tolerate nonsense. I was rescued from a parking lot with my mom after we were found begging for food. Frankly, I have moved considerably higher in the world since then, and I have no intention of going backward. I now expect food, springs, entertainment, appropriate personal space, and a household that understands that I am the one conducting the interview. I have also been informed that my adoption fee has been reduced to a mere $100. and I find this deeply offensive. Do you have any idea how much I am worth? I have been told I am priceless. I assume someone simply made an administrative error. If you are looking for a quiet little wallflower who will simply accept whatever you decide... Please do not apply. If, however, you are looking for a handsome, hilarious, playful, social, slightly ridiculous cat with a HUGE personality who will keep you entertained every single day... Well...
