Description

Hi!  My name is Tally and I am looking for a forever home.  I was picked up as a stray by a nice lady who took me in and tried to find my owner.  When no owner could be found, she contacted a small local rescue to see if they could help me; a volunteer with that rescue then reached out to BCAA to see if they could help me find a forever home and they said yes!  I appear to be a lab mix, possibly with a touch of great dane, and at ~8months old I currently weigh 38.5lbs.  While it seems like I will be a large dog, my foster mom says she just finished fostering 3 great dane/lab mix pups who looked almost just like me but at my age they all weighed between 60-70lbs, so I probably won't get to be as big as most great danes.  I'm currently enrolled in a dog prison program known as "New Leash on Life" where I'm learning all sorts of things like crate/potty training, walking on a leash, sit, down, etc.; I will need continued reinforcement of my training and socialization to continue to become the great adult dog everyone says I'm on my way to becoming.  If you would like to meet me, please fill out an application which can be found at http://www.bcaaofnj.org.
