Hi, I’m Bagel.For 8 years, I thought I had found my forever family. Then one day, I was left at a shelter. I didn’t understand what was happening. I was scared, confused, and suddenly all alone.My foster mom rescued me and took me under her wing. When I arrived, I weighed 17 pounds. Since then, I’ve worked hard and am down to 14 pounds, and I’m feeling so much better. I was also diagnosed with diabetes, which sounded scary at first, but I’ve been such a good patient and take my medicine like a champ. The people here tell me all the time how sweet I am. I love being around people and hate being by myself. Whether it’s following you from room to room or curling up nearby, I just want to be close to someone who loves me.I can’t wait to find a family who will help me with my medicine and, most importantly, remind me every day that I’ll never be abandoned again.
