Bess is 3 years old and weighs 17 lbs. She’s active and playful, friendly with people, and social with other dogs. Bess was a stray rescue and was in really bad shape. She was severely emaciated, she had a tumor, was almost bald from mange, and had numerous fox tails embedded in all 4 paws. But this girl has a strong will and is all healed. So now it’s time for her forever home where she’ll get all the love she deserves.
