And she had her brother Sonny and sister Cher beside her. Then suddenly… everything changed. . Cuddles, Sonny, and Cher were returned to Forgotten Cats. The home and life they knew disappeared, and the three siblings found themselves back at the shelter in Trainer—confused, scared, and trying to understand their new reality. Sadly, Cher isn't feeling well and is currently receiving veterinary care. Now, Cuddles and Sonny are sharing a catio, leaning on the comfort of something familiar—each other—as they decompress and adjust to a life neither of them expected to be living again. They are both sad. They are both scared. But Cuddles is already showing us something beautiful about herself. This girl is resilient.  Little by little, Cuddles is looking forward instead of back. Her social, affectionate personality is beginning to shine through, and her adventurous spirit simply refuses to stay hidden. She loves pets. She enjoys attention. And while she's supposed to be taking time to decompress, Cuddles already seems very interested in what is happening beyond the catio. . She's watching the cats in the free-roaming room. She's curious. She's ready to explore. It's almost as if Cuddles has decided, “Okay… this wasn't the plan. So what's my next adventure?” . Her heart may have been hurt, but it hasn't closed. Cuddles is ready to love again. She's ready to trust again. And most of all, she's ready to find the family who will make her one promise and truly mean it: Forever.
