DOODLE NEEDS A FOSTER OR FOREVER HOME!!!! Name:  Doodle          Best Guess for Breed:   Labradoodle (lab and poodle mix)   Best Guess for Age:  1 year as of July 2026         SEX:  Female   Approximate Weight:  42.5 lbs   Gets Along With:  Other dogs! We haven't seen her with cats or kids but we are happy to discuss integration techniques with any potential adopters!   Currently Living at:  Lucky Dog's South Carolina rescue campus - needs a foster or forever home in the DC area to get up here.    Doodle is Looking For:  This sweetie landed in the shelter due to no fault of her own. She's eagerly looking forward to getting her new humans for sniffy walks and romps and world exploration! Opportunities to play with pup pals, quality kibble and a cushy dog bed are on her wish list as well. And - knowing where she belongs, that she's safe and loved - can't beat that!And - she landed in the shelter badly matted. Mats are painful! So she wants her new humans to know that she has that typical doodle coat. That means she mats easily. and will need daily brushing and regular professional grooming as often as every 4-6 weeks.    She has so much love and loyalty to offer in exchange. What do you say? Is Doodle the one you see by your side?   What My Foster Says About Me:   We will update this once she has spent time in foster care.  Lucky Dog cannot guarantee any dog is housebroken.  All of our dogs are working on their crate training.  TO ADOPT: The adoption fee for this dog is $460, which includes the cost of routine vetting, including vaccinations and spay/neuter.
