Meet Puffers!Puffers is a darling 13-week-old calico kitten with a colorful coat to match her bright and bubbly personality. She’s the perfect mix of playful explorer and affectionate cuddle bug, always ready to turn the simplest moments into fun adventures. Whether she's chasing toy mice, batting at dangling feathers, or zooming around the room with classic kitten enthusiasm, Puffers brings joy wherever she goes. Once she's all played out, she's happiest snuggled up in a cozy spot, purring away as she dreams about her next adventure. This sweet little girl is looking for a forever family that will shower her with love, patience, and plenty of playtime as she grows into a wonderful lifelong companion. In return, Puffers promises endless entertainment, gentle affection, and a heart full of love.Puffers is on-site and available for introductions during open adoption hours. The adoption paperwork can be completed now with your new pet able to go home as soon as the spay/neuter procedure has been completed.Adoptable cats/kittens are spayed/neutered, started on core vaccines per shelter protocols, microchipped, FIV/FeLV tested, and started on monthly preventatives. Adoptions hours (no appointment needed) are M/T/W/F 10 am - 12:30 pm and 2 pm -4 pm; TH 10 am -12:30 pm and 2 pm -6:30 pm, and SAT 9 am -1 pm. To schedule an appointment outside of those hours, and/or to learn more information regarding a particular animal, please call the Feline Department at 410-848-4810 ext 816. If no one answers, please leave a detailed message with your name and phone number, and the call will be returned by end of business Monday - Friday.Adopters can prepare for their visit by being 18 years of age or older, having permission from their landlord to bring a new pet into their household, having some form of ID that shows their current address, and by bringing a suitable carrier to take their new companion home in. The adoption fee can be paid using cash, debit or credit and is based on age: Cats 1 year and younger are $75; cats 2 years to 7 years are $50; and 8 years and older are $25.
