Welcome Calico aka Cali! Cali is a 12-14 week old Aussie / Border Collie mix who was bred on a ranch here in SLO County. This real life teddy bear was a local owner surrender and boy are we glad she’s in our care. We won’t go into detail here but this dog is extremely lucky to have landed with us. She is confident, high energy, smart as a whip, and opinionated about the crate but sweet as pie in every other way imaginable. She’s a blank slate looking for someone with the experience and stamina to raise a puppy right. Cats, critters, livestock unknown but this is the perfect age for no-brainer integrations. Cali is microchipped, on a vaccine schedule, and can go home on a spay contract.
