Pet info, adoption cost/detail information below: PET DESCRIPTION: Thumper is the last one from a litter of six Shepherd mix pups found dumped and then brought to us. He is a male, 3 1/2 months old as of mid-Jul, should be in the 60'ish lb range when fully grown. NOT in our Shelter as out in a foster home being loved and spoiled. See what his foster mom says about him: All six of our foster babies were adopted, but Thumper’s prospect had a change of heart. They never met him so their decision wasn’t based off experiences with him. He is super sweet, shy (making him timid), loving, great car rider, gets along with cats (who will give him a chance), other dogs, goats, and chickens (haven’t given him alot of opportunity so that could change). He will take himself to his crate after being outdoors, but kindly expects a treat. He loves walks, attention and pup cups! He has been sad since all of his litter mates left. The first night he literally cried until 3:38 a.m. I felt so bad for him…… and us! Last night, he slept for the most part. With that being said - if you don’t have the patience to work through this change with him please don’t consider this cute puppy. This cute puppy will also grow to be 60 plus pounds. We love him, have gotten attached, but have two big dogs of our own or he would live with us. He will make a wonderful pet and best friend!! DOG ADOPTION FEE is $100. This Adoption fee includes: mandatory spay/neuter which will be done before you can take your dog or puppy home with you; basic canine immunizations (DHPP-CPV & Bordatella Intranasal); de-wormings; one-year rabies vaccination if old enough; heartworm test if over five months old; microchip from 24-Pet Watch (and we register the chip at time of the adoption); certificate for free health examination at your participating veterinarian; and a goodie bag chocked full of information, toys, and more. (If a dog is sponsored or has a waived or lower fee, that info will be provided at the point of adoption to the approved adopter).
