Sweet Ladybug is a 6–7-month-old Black Mouth Cur mix who weighs about 18 pounds and is looking for the forever family she's been waiting for. She came to CAWS severely underweight after spending more than 100 days — over half of her young life — in an open-air shelter where her future was uncertain. Since arriving in foster care, Ladybug has blossomed. She's healthy, happy, and discovering just how wonderful life can be. She absolutely loves people and soaks up every bit of affection, but she's wonderfully gentle about it. More than anything, she's happiest simply being by your side. Ladybug is house-trained, and gets along great with both people and other dogs. She's a sweet, easygoing puppy with so much love to give, and she's more than ready to trade foster care for a family to call her own. We strive to find the perfect home for each animal. Applications may take up to 48 hours to process. All CAWS animals are fixed, microchipped, and vaccinated. Ladybug's adoption fee is $200.
