Meet Diesel! Don't let his tiny size fool you, this 5.3-pound little nugget has a big, charming personality and is full of love! At about a year old, Diesel came to us from Chester County Animal Control and has wasted no time winning over everyone he meets. Diesel is an incredibly sweet, confident little guy who adores people. If he had his way, he'd spend his days curled up in your lap, riding around in your arms, or tucked into your purse while you ran errands. Although he's very people-focused, Diesel also enjoys the company of other dogs. He integrated well with his foster family's pack and quickly convinced several of them to play with him. He has a fun, playful personality but is very respectful of other dogs' boundaries. If one of his canine friends isn't interested in playing, he happily backs off without causing a fuss. Diesel has a nice, moderate energy level. He enjoys playing with toys, romping around the house, and then settling in for a cuddle session. While he walks well on a leash, he's not looking to be your hiking buddy. He's perfectly happy taking a quick stroll to take care of business, then returning home. If you're looking for that well-behaved companion who wants to go everywhere with you, Diesel is your guy. This smart little pup learns quickly. He's doing great with potty training, is crate-trained overnight (though he may protest for a minute before settling down), and has already mastered commands like "sit" and "up up." He's eager to please, food-motivated, rides great in the car, and has lovely house manners. Diesel would thrive either as an only dog, soaking up all the attention or with another playful pup who enjoys having a tiny sidekick. His affectionate and easygoing personality makes him a joy to live with. We have no doubt he'll bring endless love and laughter to his forever family.
