Description

This sweet mama has such a gentle, loving personality. She absolutely loves getting pets and will often give you the cutest little head bumps to say hello or ask for more attention. She’s the kind of cat who enjoys being near her person and just quietly keeping you company. Her favorite place in the house is her window bed. She spends a lot of her day there looking out at the world, watching birds and people go by, and taking long cozy naps in the sun. It’s clearly her happy place. She’s a pretty chill girl overall, but every once in a while she’ll get a little playful and bat around a toy or chase a laser light for a few minutes before settling back into her relaxed routine. She was found in a vacant lot with her daughter, Emberly, doing her best to care for her baby. Even after that tough start, she’s remained incredibly sweet and trusting with people. Now she’s ready for a home where she can feel safe, loved, and spoiled the way she deserves. She’s such a good mama and truly deserves a calm home, a cozy window, and a human who will love her just as much as she’ll love them.Feline Immunodeficiency Virus (FIV) is a manageable condition that affects a cat’s immune system, but it’s not a worst-case diagnosis. Most FIV-positive cats live long, healthy lives—often with few or no symptoms—especially with regular vet care and an indoor lifestyle. It spreads primarily through deep bite wounds between cats, not casual contact, so it’s unlikely to pass between friendly household cats. FIV cannot be transmitted to humans or dogs, making it safe to have an FIV-positive cat in your home.
