 Latte is the perfect blend of sweet, comforting, and guaranteed to brighten your day. Just like your favorite coffee order, this 50-pound hound mix is warm, comforting, and impossible not to love. After spending August through December 2025 in a shelter, then waiting patiently in a southern foster home from December until finally securing a rescue commitment in July 2026, it’s finally Latte’s time to find the forever family she’s been dreaming of. Latte is one of the gentlest, sweetest dogs you’ll ever meet. She simply wants to make her people happy and be by their side. Whether you’re heading out for a walk, relaxing on the couch, or just moving from room to room, Latte is happiest when she’s with you. She’s affectionate, obedient, house trained, crate trained, and absolutely melts for belly rubs. Like any young dog, she still enjoys the occasional burst of zoomies before settling back in for cuddles. Latte is dog friendly and kid friendly. Because she gets so excited to make new canine friends, she does best with slow introductions. Her playful style can be a little enthusiastic at first, but once everyone gets acquainted, she settles in beautifully and has become best friends with her foster siblings. She’s also very food motivated, thrives on routine, and is currently polishing her leash manners. Latte is spayed, current on vaccines, and fostered in Harrisburg, PA. If you’ve been looking for a loyal companion who’s equal parts sweetness, snuggles, and adventure, this Latte is ready to be your favorite daily pick-me-up. LIC #9736 We are PA Caring for K-9's, an all-breed dog rescue that is solely run by volunteers. Most of our dogs are rescued from high kill shelters in the South. If the dog is posted, they are still available! Once arriving, these dogs enter foster homes, as we do not have a shelter. Our adoption fee for altered dogs is $350 and goes directly to saving the lives of more dogs.  Our adoption fee for unaltered puppies will be $400 which includes a refundable $50 deposit upon receipt of spay/neuter certificate.
