Incoming cuteness!! Meet GEORGE, the sweetest little 8-month-old 8 lb. Phantom Maltipoo! He is perfectly adorable with a silly feisty personality that matches his fuzzy little face. Playful little George loves toys, belly rubs and people. He has spent his little life as a well-loved family member and it shows. Unfortunately, due to family circumstances, the people who loved him dearly made the difficult decision to find George a new home. Now it’s our job to find him a wonderful new place to call home. George has lived as an only dog and is nervous around big dogs, but we think he’d be fine with another small friendly dog. He’s housebroken and crate trained. George’s fluffy coat will require regular grooming; his adopter should be prepared for that expense. If you’d like to meet George, please fill out a dog adoption application at dreamhouserescue.org. We are happy to arrange a private meet with an approved adopter. Our fully vetted adoptable dogs go to prospective homes for a one-week trial period to make sure the dog and home are the right fit before an adoption is finalized. We only adopt dogs into homes where all current pets are spayed/neutered and current on vaccines and heartworm and flea and tick prevention. We do check veterinary references to make sure adopters are compliant with standard veterinary care. Our adoptable dogs are spayed/neutered, vaccinated, microchipped, heartworm tested, dewormed and current on flea and tick and heartworm prevention.
